Thank you for choosing Unwind & Reset Co. We are dedicated to delivering our curated selection of non-toxic skincare and wellness essentials directly to your door. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous United States.
Please note that we do not ship to:

International destinations or Canada.

US Territories, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
If an order is accidentally placed with a shipping address located in one of these regions, our support team will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
To keep your experience seamless, we offer flat-rate standard shipping across the United States.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days once the order has been processed and shipped.

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary slightly due to external carrier delays, extreme weather, or high-volume holiday seasons.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification from us that includes a unique tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and start updating.
If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, or if your package has not arrived within our stated delivery window, please contact us immediately at info@unwindresetco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
While we can deliver to standard residential and commercial addresses, please note that some of our specialized wellness tools or heavier items may require a physical street address for carrier delivery. If a carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, our support team will reach out to you via email to secure an alternative shipping address before processing your package.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Unwind & Reset Co. is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the shipping carrier. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team right away at info@unwindresetco.com so we can assist you in reviewing the issue under our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.
