Because we specialize in curated wellness and skincare essentials, we handle returns with strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines. Please review our policy below:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product/size/color, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

To initiate a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at info@unwindresetco.com within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, your email must include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Clear photos and/or a short video showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received.

Please note: We cannot issue a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items without photographic or video proof, as this is required by our fulfillment partners to verify the issue.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns & Exchanges

If you simply changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in its original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, oils, or cosmetic items.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Return Location: All approved returns must be mailed directly to our secure postal box in the United States. Please email us to receive the exact return address details. Do not mail your item back to the address listed on your original shipping label.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@unwindresetco.com with your order number and the reason for your return (along with photos/videos if the item is damaged).

  2. If your return is approved, our team will send you the specific return mailing address instructions.

  3. Once your return package is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
